Harry Truman was having a problem remembering something when he noticed a man that seemed to pop out of nowhere in front of him. The man spoke,” Having memory trouble Mr. President.” Harry Truman asked this man,” Who are you? And what have you done to my memory, Sir?” The man said,” I am forgetfulness, I took your memory.”

The Coach and Lucy Lulo informed the unit 's international headquarters of everything coming to the universe. 

The Coach asked Lucy,” Do you want to go back in time and talk to President Harry Truman?” Lucy Lulo said,” Yeah, let's go.” 

A year after the man arrived he caused some changes to most of the things in the oval. 

The Coach and Lucy having just arrived in the past in the second year of Harry Truman's presidency. A majority of things are happening that didn't happen. Lucy Lulo looked at the news paper and says,” Harry Truman's mental health in question? Coach there's something really wrong here.” The Coach responded,” I can feel it too.” Looking towards a glass building he saw a man staring him down. 

Lucy Lulo asked,” Who is that? He's definitely not your reflection.”  The Coach asked Lucy,” What is the name of that newspaper you read the headline of Lucy?” Lucy Lulo read it out loud,”The Hour Arbinger news.” The letters fell away to reveal Harbinger. The Coach said,” The Gods of Chaos have harbinger's.”  The man stepped out from the building and said,” I am Colvition Axeros, The God of Forgetfulness and memory fog. I am the feeling you get when you are confused, and the last thing you see before you exit this life.“ 

The Coach and Lucy Lulo were running when they heard Colvition Axeros’s arpeggio laugh. 

Harry Truman had made a deal with Colvition Axeros to bring back his lost brother. 

The Coach and Lucy Lulo asked around about how things went wrong. Realizing that they're in Pennsylvania and in puxatony they've gone off in two different directions. After asking many people what happened a majority of them said,” When The President's memory started slipping.” 

The Coach and Lucy Lulo agreed to see the president about all of this. Colvition Axeros said,” Hello Coach, if I could make you forget something what would it be?” The Coach asked him,” How did you enter this reality?” Lucy Lulo said,” He's not going to tell you that.” The Coach responded,” He's bound by the rules.” Colvition Axeros said,” Oh just a little too much gin and tonic and stellar moonlight.”  The Coach said,” So remembering something is how we banish you.” Lucy Lulo asked,” Why Is Harry Truman forgetting stuff?” Colvition Axeros said,” That's my game. I make people forget about little things and I think that is good.” 

Using his psychic paper to get into the white house along with Lucy Lulo, they open the oval office door to find Harry Truman being passed out. The Coach said,” Oh Truman, I knew you'd be the one to be passed out drunk.” Lucy Lulo said,” I know what to do. I've had to wake my dad up from the worst of hangovers in the morning after new years eve.” The Coach responded,” Well now would be a good time for you to do that Lucy.“ 

Lucy Lulo poured a glass of brandy and taped Harry Truman's shoulder and as he was waking up she said,” Mr President, I'm Lucy Lulo I recommend you get this down before you do anything else, Okay?” Harry Truman nodded yes. 

After drinking the brandy he asked,”What happened?” The Coach said,” You were drunk, but you're better now. Do you remember what went on?” President Harry Truman said,” Last thing I remember is sitting in the office, I had poured a glass of brandy in remembrance of my brother Joshua Truman.” 

After discussing what had happened to Harry Truman, they left in the Coach's TARDIS after giving him ideas for a branch of U.N.I.T in the United States.

Arctic Stonehenge

In the new Arctic Stonehenge and Tower The Polumen army took control of their home and requested that U.N.I.T and the international community leave them alone. Lucy Lulo and u.n.i.t were left to clean up the aftermath leftover by Saurumon and his army of humanoid polar bear's called Polumen. Michael Lulo called Lucy saying,” Honey, I need you to come home. You're Mom is, Well let's just say not doing so good. Eddie had to come home from school earlier on account of The Bear thing's.” Lucy Lulo picked up and said,” Dad!!! What has happened to Mom? Did Eddie's school close and that's why he's home Early? Talk to me.” Michael Lulo responded,” Your Mom is in the hospital. Eddie's school closed because of those humanoid polar bear things. Where are you? And more importantly Is The Coach with you?” Lucy said,”Um the Arctic circle, you should see it there's an Arctic Stonehenge and Tower in the center of the Arctic Stonehenge. Saurumon After his death by his assistant came back to life in the Doctor Who universe. Using his staff he arrived in the Arctic and built up an army of humanoid polar bear's and a structure very similar to Stonehenge and his fortress in his old universe. The Coach had just gotten off of the call from Lucy Lulo. He banged his head against his fist. Piloting his TARDIS stuck in the disguise of a Morehead State University moveable locker as the exterior to the u.n.i.t Arctic Base he said,”I can't believe I have to deal with an actual wizard.” When he arrived Lucy Lulo was already there.
